Excellent product and service. I have a passion for quality western boots and these certainly did not disappoint. I highly recommend them.

I was Very pleased with the Entire Pinto Ranch website experience. Firstly, the Stetson hat I wanted was seeming impossible to find, both "in stock" and in my size/color choice. Pinto had all three covered, the ONLY online vendor that I could find that achieved this. Also it was Easy to navigate. Secondly, the order confirmation and shipping info, provided instantaneously, was completely accurate, rare in my experience. In short the whole ordering experience was Terrific. The package arrived as promised, in perfect condition, the hat(Stetson gets the credit here) is Awesome and the service was seamless and easy. Pinto ranch delivered my hard to find Stetson in less than a week! I could not be more pleased with the whole experience.

Ordered a pair of Old Gringo boots (size 7..style..”Lucky” L515-4) They arrived quickly, and I was not disappointed..very beautiful boot!! I’ve never owned a pair of Old Gringo’s and had some questions before purchasing. Customer service was amazing!!! Was not sure about sizing.. supposed to be true to size, but lots of reviews say the style (snip toe, classic cowgirl heel) may require different sizing. After consulting with their customer service, I chose to go down half a size. Worked out perfect! Pinto Ranch is an authorized retailer for Old Gringo, and they are knowledgeable about their products. I will definitely order from them again!
