I ordered a pair of Lucchese boots in September at the trunk show and they were delivered on time in February.

Called Tony to have my boots stretched. He was extremely helpful and got them done promptly. Great service. I have purchased many items from your store in the past and will be by the next time I'm in Houston.

I had some damage from falling debris and water on my primary saddle. I took it to Pinto Ranch to be cleaned and assessed. While all of the damage and water stains did not come out it looked remarkable compared to when I brought it in to the shop. Pinto Ranch simply has the best saddle shop with 100 miles of Houston and perhaps all of Texas. Many thanks!
