The customer service is exceptional, I cannot remember who I spoke to when I called in regarding to the purchase of my cowboy boots but they satisfied all of my questions and concerns, and was very polite. The boots and my jacket came quickly via FedEx and was well packaged. The website it easy to navigate and the leathers are lifetime pieces.
