I made a mistake in ordering. The delivery address had populated as my 85 year old aunt's address. I panicked thinking how was I going to explain why her sister's daughter would be sending her thong underwear instead of the usual flowers?
After I pushed send I realized my mistake and frantically began submitting chats and emails to customer service. And, while the chat came back advising me that there was nobody working the chat desk this holiday weekend evening, someone was. Within an hour someone responded to my chat requiring a delivery address change, and she said it was done! I was so relieved. Thank you Period. for not letting me look stupid in front of my aunt.
