I had a pair in which when I washed them for the first time, the seam started unraveling. Contacted customer service and they replaced them, no issue. I have had no similar difficulties with the replacement pair.

They didn't get shipped out as quickly as I would have liked but got here right on time right I was starting.

Would and probably will buy more in the future. This is so much more comfortable and leakproof than anything else.
