I love the follow up emails sent out (the first company/product I’ve ever left a review for). I received my order in a timely fashion. I also sent out a few emails I’ve had with couple questions and they were answered thoroughly and quickly. 10/10 service!

I accidentally sent my package to my old address and without any issues, I got sent new ones very quickly. I was very impressed.

I couldn’t be happier with the Period Company. From their mission to help save the planet, to their non-use of chemicals, to their customer service. All top notch. And the prices are unbelievable. I feel like I got a lot more than I paid for. Melissa was very helpful with a few issues (with the distributor, it wasn’t Period Company’s fault). Very happy with this company!

Arrived faster than expected, and I like the overall quality of the reusable pads.
