Wonderful experience! When I first contacted customer service because my initial style choice wasn't working, they sent me a different size and style to try for free. I've bought four or five more pair since.

The service from this company seems incredible. When I placed my first order I was unsure of sizing and they quickly and easily gave me a refund for a return (or exchange but the product I wanted was out of stock) for the products that didn't fit right and I didn't even have to pay for return shipping. I would love to see them move away completely from polyester, but they are definitely farther along than most companies! My experience with the products has been transformative. Such a better way to Flow!
