I like the straightforward, personable approach of the website and all communications, there’s nothing to be misunderstood. I likely would have exchanged my unworn pairs for a smaller size but once I read the return policy I didn’t think it was worth it. The time it would have taken to send them back and then get new ones, for me, seemed a bit long so I just kept them and made due. I will likely buy a different style later, company seems like a good one and I like to support good businesses.
