The product colors are washed off after first wash, did not use the dryer at all

Do not really care for the raised lettering on the shirt, anytime I sit in my car or boat it sticks to the seats after awhile.

These are my 5th pair of shorts ordered from party pants. Love the shorts, but they came with some type of industrial goop on them. I tried contacting the company through customer support about exchanging them and never heard back.

Cheap material

The product is top notch, customer service is lacking. As much as I loved the shorts that I ordered as a gift I can’t see me placing another order with Party Pants in the future . First of all the shorts I ordered as a gift did not fit properly I attempted to exchange, much to my surprise exchange is not an option. Instead I was required to return my original purchase and reorder and pay additional shipping fees I received my reorder within a few days. In regards to the return of the original purchase it took Party Pants over a week to respond to me accepting my request for a return label. Once I received the return label it took an additional 21 days before receiving acknowledged they would issue a return. I am disappointed with lack of communication/customer service from Party Pants, too bad because the product I ordered was awesome.
