Your shipping process is horrendous. My original purchase was sent to Korea and lost (I live in the States near Chicago). The replacement was then sent for a delivery date via UPS. While I appreciate the attempt at a more secure shipping process I had already advised your agent that I would not be able to receive it at the new time — yet a signature was required. Quite a mess and unpleasant customer experience.
