Working on returning the two items that didn’t fit well and return process not very simple also found out no refund available Disappointing

I love your products, your website, and your value for money. My biggest problem with ordering from your company is the lack of discreet shipping. When the package arrives it clearly states who it is from; and that should be nobody’s business but mine. Due to living on a busy street I have to have my shipments sent to my work address. It should be none of my coworkers business what I am ordering and from whom.
