My experience is very good in general. But in spite that I am located in Finland I am using site in English, so why I am receiving communications in Finnish? Since Odd Molly added Finnish language to the site it does not work for me, and I am frustrated. I can change language at the site, which is fine, but it does not keep my settings. The feedback form came in Finnish too.
