I didnt like using ups - it was complicated to return

Not good value for money

Not yet been refunded and return difficult

Odd Molly used UPS who didn't deliver the goods and I am still waiting after five weeks for them to arrive. I asked customer services to resend the product and they said they couldn't. I am still waiting for UPS to find out where they are.

Terrible on all counts
