Oboz Footwear

I purchased a pair of Oboz Bridger 10" Insulated Waterproof Boots from an outdoor outfitter whose initials are R.E.I. I put them on and noticed they fit disturbing loose and big and discovered they were missing a key component: the O FIT Insole® Plus II Thermal insoles. I called R.E.I. and they said they could not provide me with the complete product they sold me (offered me a refund). I called Oboz and they fixed me up with the O FIT Insole® Plus II Thermal insoles in a jiffy. The representative was super responsive and helpful, as opposed to my encounter with R.E.I. The boots fit perfectly with the insoles. Although winter has past, I look forward to wearing these comfortable, well-built boots on long hikes in the Adirondacks and Catskill Mountain this coming winter!

Received my shoes early. True to size and description. Way better than expected.

Love my Oboz Bridger boots! Third pair, great fit, feels like they were custom made for me. Better grip and support than other boots I’ve used (I’ve tried them all). I used to keep 2-3 different pairs of hikers to use for different conditions and terrain but my Oboz Bridgers are now my do it all boots. Thanks

Outstanding customer support. I jumped on the new Sawtooth X wide to replace my decrepit Sawtooth low daily wear favorites but didn’t put the new model into use until way past the close of the return window . The new last is a foot killer for me. With help from customer support I’m wearing Oboz Bridgers and could not be happier.
