Cesar in customer service
The link to activate my O'Neill account did not work when I made my bathing suit order, so I did not receive reward points for my purchase, and I was charged for shipping even though the cost would've been waived with an account membership. Cesar in customer service got my account activated, the shipping cost refunded, and the loyalty points points applied (as they couldn't be applied initially since my acccount wouldn't activate), and he did this all by email. He was great! Thanks Cesar!
