O'Neill USA

My experience with O’Neill’s has always been excellent. The quality of the items I’ve purchased, both online and in their 41st Avenue store, have been great and shipping has always been done in a timely manner. Except this time. The sweatshirt I ordered arrived on time, as always, and the quality was excellent. However, the O’Neill’s tag attached to the arm of the sweatshirt said XL, which is what I ordered. But the tag on the inside of the neck showed it was a size medium. I understand these things can happen. So, instead of new sweatshirt for me, my daughter now has a new O’Neill’s sweatshirt. And that’s OK with me. I bought my first surfboard from O’Neill’s in 1967. And this one little mistake won’t stop me from continuing to purchasing items from O’Neill’s in the future.

I LOVE my new clothes. O’Neil is such a fresh and beachy look while still looking put together!!
