I love this idea so much and really wanted to like the underwear, but I just don't think these will work for me. The brief style simple hits too low on my hips. Either I get the appropriate size for my waist/butt and the outer, bottom leg cuts into my hip uncomfortably, or I order a size up and then they are practically falling off of me (but my hips are comfortable). I wish they would make a hipster style!!

Ordered and x small and it was huge. Gave no support. Cold pack didn’t stay cold long. Never tried to heat it.

Terrible my issue was never resolved. I tried thur customer service. My package never arrived.

Would like some follow up from Nyssa please.
