Sequins turned everything black

Advised the dress would take 10 days on several occasions but then when I wrote in to ask the ETA advised 4 weeks. Lots of miscommunication and there is a phone number to call but noone answers. They advised they would send another dress as It was looking as though I wouldnt get it in time (which was awesome and great service) and advised they would send a return postage to return, this never came then I had to send them both back at my own expense and I have yet to hear back about my return even though it was recieved 2 days ago so not overwhelmingly great service if im honest particularly when its a very stressfull time for a bride

Couldn’t get a refund.

Service was disappointing. Emails addressed to me had my name spelt wrong twice in two different ways. My returns process was made difficult and I was blamed for marks on the dress when it was sent off in good condition. Will not be buying from here again
