Being from Canada, it was a risky purchasing decision as the shipping costs were always going to be prohibitively high for a return. (Not taking a $60+50cdn loss on a backpack that was $320cdn on sale) Alas, my fears came true. But I knew what I was getting into, and customer service was good and answered my questions via phone before purchase.
