My wife bought me this travel pack years ago and I have used it a ton. I travel with my job. The pack has worked great. Unfortunately, one of the small snaps broke off so I contacted MOMATIC to see if they sell parts and if it was something I could replace. Customer service said it would be covered by the warranty and sent me a mailing label to ship it to them. Within a couple weeks, they sent me back a completely new travel pack. Now that kind of customer service is not seen very often. I would strongly recommend this pack and this company if you’re looking to make a purchase.
