10/10 customer service. I recently placed a very large online order and went into my local store to exchange some items. I did some in store shopping while I was there but they didn't have the top for a matching set I wanted. I knew there was no way I was going to find another $150 worth of stuff on the website to justify shipping so, rather than passing on the set all together, I asked the associate if they could waive the shipping fee if I ordered the top in store. She tried and it worked! I now have a beautiful matching set that I love!
