It was very inconvenient and unrealistic to not offer exchanges for online purchases that are on sale when you can't try the clothes on. The only reason I could make a purchase is because I happen to live within driving distance of a store to try items on. The products are very nice and the customer service I received in store was very good, but not sure I'd ever be able to place an online order.

The in-person service at the store was great, and the coat was delivered within the 5 days.

Style and warmth 5 star but I had rip underneath my arm after a couple of times wearing it the companies warranty didn't go as smooth as I thought so I just paid $20 and fixed it.
