I am a reasonably new customer to Noise, having starting to purchase items in the winter of 2021. I am extremely impressed with the quality of the products I have bought and when I needed assistance, I received very quick email responses. When purchasing in the store, the ladies I dealt with were very helpful and best of all, friendly. It tough to get good help these days (I find anyway), but the in-store service was freshingly welcomed. I have gone back to purchase multiple items since the winter and never disappointed. My cream colored winter coat is very elegant and I get lots of compliments. This is one of my new favorites store now in the Rideau Centre. Tip: I am usually a size 10/12 and thought I needed a Large, but I ordered a M and it fits perfect.
