The jacket I ordered appears to be very well made but runs quite a bit smaller than I expected.

I bought a shooting vest that was on sale, I was told they run small on their sizes, but I didn’t think that small. It’s recommended on their website that you purchase another one and then they will send you a return label and package for the one you are exchanging. Which I did. The only problem was the vest was no longer on sale and then when I got my refund, it was $40 less. So the I end up purchasing cost me $130 instead of $69.

Followed the instructions on the website for the fastest way for an exchange (which was to purchase the new item and include in the order notes that I wanted a return of the first order) and that was not honored. Now I have to request a return of the original item
