Normally like your product. This was way off w/size and I did not realize they were not returnable so I had the choice of paying to send back to me or donate? I chose to donate and certainly hope they did not resell. Extremely baggy.

As written in my review of the sweater, you sent me a sweater with a huge gaping hole and then required me to do extra work to contact , pack up and return to you, just to get a credit for the sweater, because you had none left without holes. I don’t appreciate having to do extra work when it’s not my error.

I wrote in for a return lable and have not received it.
