The ring I got was great, it just didn’t fit. I’ve been trying to return it for over a week and can’t find anyone to help. Not a single email from their site, including support and return emails work. I have no idea how to even return the ring I purchased and there is no phone number online to call to speak to a human to sort it out.

Don’t waste your time — bad product, even worse customer service. They sent me the wrong ring THREE TIMES so I needed to find another vendor. Highly recommend that you do not work with this company. They will ruin your wedding day.

They sent me the entirely wrong order and the customer service was no help at all. This place is a scam! I would never recommend shopping here to anyone
