Shipment arrangements is very poor 😭😭😵‍💫😵‍💫

Horrible customer service. You guys stopped replying when I said that it was at the wrong address. Instead of apologizing you just waited until it was delivered and then said that I got it (when in fact I had to personally get in touch with canada post to figure out how to get them)

Customer service was poor and lacked efficiency. I sent two emails on delivery feedback and till date, since, I have had no response from any customer service officer. The socks were average, will definitely choose Happy Socks over Jimmy Lion at any point. The order was extremely late and did not even meet the delivery times indicated. First and last time. Biggest regret I have had this Christmas.

You might have nice products; I wouldn't know. However, your business practices are deceitful and dishonest. Quite frankly, I'll recommend to everyone I know that they steer clear of your company. You indicated that my order had been presented to Customs when it was never sent in the first place. You had no inventory, and yet you accepted my order. It was after a few emails being exchanged that your company finally admitted this. WHAT A JOKE.

The delivery time is extremely long.
