The quilted Winter Blanket is so soft and comfortable. Everyone in the family loves it!! However, when I ordered it, I ordered 2 items, the customer service cannot cancel of the order for me, and tell me i can return it with return feel waived. But after I returned it, fee is not waived actually. But in general the product is good, and I'm tired of sending emails to the customer service.
