Heb meer dan 3 weken op mijn bestelling moeten wachten. Dat vind ik wel erg lang. Track and trace werkte niet. Contact over de email vooral Duits of Frans in eerste instantie. Reageren wel terug in Nederlands. Bij het aanpassen van mijn 2 setjes brak er meteen al een haakje af en een broekje maat S is zo hoog en zo groot dat deze niet past. Gelukkig 1 set wel passend maar al bij al niet echt tevreden. Zonde want vind deze stijl wel echt super.

The order took longer than a parcel I received from Australia; it was not clear how to track it and there were no regular updates. When I finally received it, the items were really smelly and quite poor quality.

The delivery was unacceptably delayed, taking over 14 days longer than promised. Additionally, there is a significant discrepancy with the size chart; it does not match what I ordered. The sizes must conform to the established standards in the lingerie industry.

Very bad experience so far due to the delivery time, non-delivery of items, time spent on reclamations, poor support at first, and quality not in accordance to price. Fortunately I managed to get my order at some point (4 months later. . . ) thanks to Lisa from your French-speaking team who helped A LOT! Otherwise, I would have given a 'Terrible' one-star review.
