Super product but shipment service to improve

Bad quality and sizes are too large. Everything I bought was too big so I wanted to send everything back. Could not get a refund, only a voucher and would have to pay the packaging myself. Poor experience!

Products are good quality. My only complaint is the delivery took around 2 weeks, too much time.
