It is not the first time we order, and each time we are very satisfied by your products. But each time, your shipping time is too long, whereas on your website, you say this shipping is done in 48 hours. Maybe a track to improve !

One product on the two ordered has been retuned fine and NACKED Underwear give us possibility to order once again for free new product. We appreciate a lot this commercial proposal :-). Very fine !

it's difficult when you have no choice betwen the low and the top.

Shipping took ages, but customer service was great and very cooperative when I wanted to get a voucher for a new item in return for the already bought, not fitting item :)
