Order not received, order not processed correctly, inefficient customer service
I placed a priority order and still haven't received it.
On June 23, customer service responded by calling me "Laura" and stating that the order had "not been correctly recorded in our system. "
Since then, I still haven't received the product, even though the tracking website shows the order as delivered. For 15 days, I've reported the problem to customer service, and they haven't taken any steps to reship or refund it.
