out of 3 items ordered only one was delivered correctly and I also got one I did not order at all. I have received refund for the missing items. Response from Customer Service was late.

I do not receive the clothes I bought almost one month! I need them to do an ocean crossing in JANUARY! I wrote dozens of letters to you and DHL and NOTHING! It is terrible!
