Your online site could stand some improvements. Your customer service people are kind and professional. But there shouldn't be such hardship just to place an order. If it wasn't for customer service you would have lost one of your best customers.

I was not happy with the purchase. It had a smell to it and was plastic feeling. I have since sold it.

I was disappointed that I purchased the flamingo and after I was all done I was sent a email the next day that it wasn't available. But I was immediately refundef

The crossbody bags are great with lots of card slots, room for your cell and slip pockets. It is the packaging when they are shipped. Each crossbody I ordered was put in a separate bag when it was one order. The UPS charges per package for delivery was $10.00 almost doubling the price of the crossbody bags. This happened to my sister too. 5 cross bodies ordered $10 delivery fee per bag. Why couldn’t they all be put in the one box . I am very disappointed with this service and will not order ever again.
