After submitting it, I emailed them to ask if they could add three more Pilates balls to my existing order, and they kindly did so without any hassle. They sent me an updated invoice just for the extra balls, so I didn’t have to place a second order or pay double shipping. Their response was quick, friendly, and very professional.
