ModCloth never fails to impress me with their fun, well made clothing and accessories!

Issues are far and few. But when something does go awry, the matter gets addressed and within a timely manner. Knock on wood. Now that I’ve put this into the universe, I hope it does not change.

Some items in my order were showing as final sale when I attempted a return but they didn’t indicate so in the order confirmation email. I was only able to email customer service but thankfully they responded timely and explained that they are now in that status but still emailed me the appropriate return labels.
