The “personalization” was horrible and they refuse to refund. Forced to dispute it more formally.

Not what i ordered or thought i was ordering. Reached out to customer service and have had no response.

Sleeve did not fit, though ordered correctly. Tried to fit my Mac 14" into sleeve several times to make sure I wasn’t crazy. Then very, very difficult to get response from Customer Service. Returned sleeve and have not received credit yet. Been well over one month total. Quite surprised at terrible experience. Hope others don’t experience this.

Sent wrong color. We sent 2 emails with photos included to try and get it replaced with the correct color but nobody responded.

Still haven’t gotten it.
