Sleeve did not fit, though

Sleeve did not fit, though ordered correctly. Tried to fit my Mac 14" into sleeve several times to make sure I wasn’t crazy. Then very, very difficult to get response from Customer Service. Returned sleeve and have not received credit yet. Been well over one month total. Quite surprised at terrible experience. Hope others don’t experience this.
