The quality of my items is great. They're well built and seen like they will last a long time. Unfortunately I am unable to use some of my items because they're the wrong size (two pairs of underwear and came suit) because of the strict return/exchange policy, which is understandable, but it prevents me from ordering other items (like bras that are on sale)

The bra is pretty and well-made, and the material is soft. However, there is just not much support and I was constantly having to readjust as I was popping out of the top. This happened with a couple of different sizes and styles, and I'd be interested in a higher cut cup to address that. If that problem were eliminated, I would probably wear this around the house, but there was WAY too much bounce and movement for me to feel comfortable wearing this in public. I wasn't looking for the same support of a sports bra or underwire, but this gives close to nothing. Ultimately, this may not work for you if you have heavy breasts that have succumbed to gravity, as we just need a little more structure and support. Customer service was wonderful, though, and I would try this company again should they create something with just a little more support and a higher cut V.
