Great service came on time

After placing my order and not seeing a communication for shipping my order after 7 days (2 days were over a weekend so really 5 days) I emailed to ask what the shipping status was. I received an almost immediate response and my order was fulfilled that day and shipped! Fantastic customer service!

Michael stars stands behind their products. I have never had a problem with returning or exchanging.
