The first knife roll came with an imperfection in the leather. It appeared to have been skived during the skinning process. While it added character to the overall look and would not have affected performance or life, as it is a gift, it was decided to exchange it for one without the marking. I contacted the company email and received immediate response. I brought the roll back to the store and it was replaced. As it is a gift, it won't be tried until Christmas. It was great to see the distribution center and meet the prompt and cordial respondent to my concern. He was completely genuine to my request. Thank you Medium Rare Chef Apperal!
