The first pair was lost in shipping or delivered to wrong address, shocking I know to think USPS would lose a package. I contacted customer service, within 24 hrs another pair was shipped to me. Awesome customer service.

Amazon is flush with counterfeits on everything nowadays so I prefer to order directly from the company when I can. That way I know that I’m getting an authentic product. My gloves were delivered to my door six days after I purchased them. They’re a great company that’s been around for decades.
