Got hit with a $98 charge on a $240 shirt. I wish you’d warned me beforehand.

Really disappointed that I had to pay $45 in additional duties; this should have been made more clear. Package still not received.

Worst packaging job I’ve ever seen. Received a torn package, jacket clearly exposed. Please use better packaging or just use plastic because this is shoddy and second-rate retailing
