Comprado el 18 de diciembre y aún estoy esperando el paquete a dia 5 de Enero. Ni para Reyes me llega.

Very disappointed since I never received my package, Buff says I should contact my ‘local post office’ but I have no information whatsoever about this post office, nor did I receive a tracking code or anything … When I ask for a refund or new package Buff keeps telling me to contact my local post office … Very bad contact with the customer service, it seems like a new person is e-mailing me every other e-mail and I have to explain my situation again with no solution. I will not be ordering from the site again

Free P&P removed during the sale and replace with £9 minimum. At £9 to post out a hat buff must be making Mon from that.

Very disappointing & impersonal customer service. Would never order from Buff again. Did not update me on delayed order, ordered 24th November arrived 28th December! Website very poor to use & communication with Buff re delayed order very disappointing. Much better service from other online companies around postal strike.

Emailed company only got an automated reply, very disappointing
