You’re asking me to review an item that I’m still waiting for - get a grip - Royal Mail are a joke these days and will certainly deliver everything later than you expect or think you’ve paid for.

Despite having placed several items in my basket the on line ordering and payment process was impossible to successfully finalise. Some hours later 3 emails confirming an order with 3 different order numbers appeared in my inbox! An urgent e mail to the company received an answer that no order had been placed. The whole process was frustrating, time consuming, worrying and did not result in receiving the items that had been needed for Christmas presents.

After 8 days I did not yet receive the product. No information when it has been sent. Customer service form does not allow the choice of a suitable topic, at least I got a response when selecting a wrong topic, but it is still extremely annoying not to have an adequate possibility to ask where your delivery got lost. Only result is a link to deutsche Post where the status does not change for three days now. No idea where the package comes from, wether it was sent from abroad and got stuck in customs (if yes this could not be recognized when ordering) Was meant to be a Christmas present, now I have to buy something else. Never ever a product from this company again!!!

Significant delays for shipping and with the excuse of bank holidays! The item was dispatched at least ten days after the order was placed and taking in account the shipping time, not available for our holidays and arriving at home when no one would be there to receive it. I kindly asked to change the shipping address before dispatched,not accepted. I asked to delay shipping few more days so we could receive the item in our return, not accepted either. The only thing that I was offered is refund of the money after returning of the item.

I am still waiting for my order after almost 2 weeks. It was send back by the post office and I send the evidence to Buff with track and trace code, it says that the package could not be delivered and send back to Buff. The communication is also very slow. For every mail I send I wait 24 hours for respond so it is very stresfull.I am still waiting for a refund of a new shipment.
