Artikel sind sehr gut , ohne jegliche Beanstandung. Die Internetseite dagegen ist einfach nur unverständlich, Gliederung der Artikel manchmal nicht nachvollziehbar , Übersetzung lässt zu wünschen übrig . Nach Transaktion keinerlei Information in vorm einer Bestellbestätigung o.ä. Lieferverfolgung blieb ganz aus. Erst nach persönlichem Anschreiben einen link zur deutschen Post bekommen wo allerdings keine brauchbare Information zu entnehmen war … Also hier gibts meiner Meinung nach noch Optimierungsbedarf

J’adore les tours de cou pour le ma multitude de possibilités qu’ils offrent mais je ne mets que 3 étoiles car des bugs du site font que les commandes se perdent dans la nature alors qu’on reçoit bien la confirmation 🤷🏻‍♀️

So little love given to the original Buff, which is still the best. Limited choice of design compared to the coolnet etc. As a piece of clothing, I care more about the look and feel than the sustainability, sorry. I’m still seeking old Buff’s from 2018 and earlier with 100% polyester and polygiene. I’d pay double honestly…and no I don’t want merino.
