Online return did not work and I was super frustrated, so I emailed and 1 day later, I had everything worked out, they apologized for any inconvenience and they made the whole process right. These beanies are absolutely luxurious. I've searched far and wide for other good merino wool beanies, and other brands are either ridiculously expensive or have other fibers mixed in. The beanies from Buff are 100% wool, which is great for me since I'm trying to buy all-natural materials. They're also roomy, comfortable, soft, and thick. This is the 4th beanie I've bought from this line, since I accidentally put two of them through the dryer and they understandably felted/shrunk. I wear these beanies to university classes during the winter because I have trichotillomania (hair-pulling) and they're very comfortable. The merino wool makes them comfortable to wear indoors and out. Eventually I hope to have all the colors!
