Not a great experience. First of all, you’re a swimsuit company that caters to women who are obviously particular with how the suit fits. Returns are going to happen. Restocking fee is tough to swallow especially at the price point that you’re charging per suit. Choosing the USPS for delivery & returns is a terrible choice. My return took an entire week to get back to your company and now I’m supposed to wait another 7-10 days for my refund to be issued. Unacceptable. There are many many swim suit companies out there that will bend over backwards to please their customers. Not impressed with yours. I will shop with another company who will put their customers first.

I thought i was suppose to get 25% off and did not receive it.

I had a 15% off welcome coupon for signing up for emaiI and when copied and pasted it said it was invalid. I tried to call customer service and there was no answer just a recording stating all agents were busy. I do love the suit and it was a great price. I can't wait to receive it!

I’ve been trying to reach the company regarding my order and to add another suit, unfortunately no one has responded.
