If I could give you no stars, I would.
I have never interacted with such a terrible business before. There is zero customer support, and you make people jump through loops to get anything they need. You all have no conception of customer service, and for six months you all have been using the "we didn't anticipate such large growth" excuse, but have done nothing to change it. Other businesses make a waitlist for subscription services. Quite frankly if there was a way for someone to shut you all down, they should.
