Shipping was OK. It could have been much better. The shoes were shipped with FedEx which is an unreliable shipper. You are given a delivery date and then the date comes and goes and you get a message that they will set a delivery date as soon as they can. I encourage Margaux to ship with another shipper.

I am relatively new to Margaux shoes. I purchased the Fonteyn in Ocean Suede (a beautiful color and so comfortable). My first purchase in my usual size was too large. Margaux’s customer service assisted me in a prompt exchange. I have already purchased five pairs of shoes in the last few months. Thank you Margaux!
