I have quite a few bags (totes, satchels, crossbody, wallets, accessories….) from Madison so far, and I have no complaints so far. The bags look just like the photographs, and none of mine have deteriorated after months of daily wear. They are so beautiful with classic designs, but often modern touches such as the colours and straps. Please keep up the fresh colours because I really feel like it sets you apart. The detail in practicality is amazing - there are always plenty of pockets for my valuables + bigger spaces for my “shove” stuff. The only feedback I would provide is that sometimes the zippers inside the bags are too ‘heavy’ and it makes the lining sag over into the bag. One more thing: I purchased a ‘utility’ strap- it’s beautiful, but the little round purse is too small to fit regular credit cards!!!! maybe it could be an oval shape instead of circle to fit cards, or a lipstick, while still staying compact
